Imposantos third in Balve

Bart and KWPN stallion Imposantos (by Wynton) travelled to Germany this weekend to compete in the lion's den, at the German championships, in the qualifier for the Nürnberger Burgpokal. In this prestigious series, seven- to nine-year-old horses compete against each other at small tour level. The winners of the twelve qualifiers meet in the final, held in the Festhalle in Frankfurt.
Bart and Imposantos put in a lovely test, rewarded with a fine score of 75.31%. That put the pair in third place, less than one percent behind the winner.
“Imposantos was a little tense on the first day, but yesterday he was back on top form. We still had a few small mistakes, but Imposantos always gives his all. A wonderful horse to work with,” said Bart.
